How far is the lodge from Cleveland?

We are located approximately 1 hour driving time from the Cleveland area.

Is the Kodiak Falls Lodge Secluded?

Yes, the lodge is nestled among 34+ wooded acres and the only lodge/cabin on the property.

When can I arrive for check in?

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. or after. Late check outs and early check ins are available upon request if available and can be added to your stay when you complete the reservation form. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please leave the lodge in the condition in which you found it with dishes washed and trash in proper receptacles. Management and housekeeping staff will arrive at 11:00 AM to begin cleaning process.

Can we fish in The Kodiak Falls Lodge Pond?

Yes, the pond is stocked and is a CATCH n’ RELEASE Just remember to bring fishing gear!

Are there hiking trails on site?

Yes, there are several miles of trials for hiking and bird watching

Do we allow events such as high school graduation parties, after-proms, college formal parties, and fraternity or sorority parties?

No we absolutely do not accommodate such events and all reservations are subject to owner/management approval.

Is there high speed Internet?

Yes, high speed wireless Wi-Fi is available for an additional cost.

Do we allow hunting or ATVs on the property?

No, there are no exceptions.

Are pets allowed?

No, there are no exceptions.

Can we invite additional guests (over 20 max occupancy) just to spend the day/afternoon or for a dinner?

No, you cannot exceed the 20 person maximum occupancy, unless you have an approved event. We do monitor traffic flow in and out of the lodge

What is supplied at the lodge?

Kodiak Falls Lodge is completely furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone refrigerator, 4 burner cook-top, oven, coffee makers with filters provided, microwave, dishwasher, crock-pot, toaster oven, dishes, and cookware. There is a gas grill with propane provided. Bath towels and linens are provided along with an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels.

How many people can stay at the lodge?

Kodiak Falls Lodge can sleep 20 guests comfortably. Additional guests are NOT allowed. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Only registered and paid guests are permitted to stay at The Kodiak Falls Lodge. Traffic flow is monitored.

Is there cell phone/internet service at the lodge?

Cell service is patchy due to the forest and remote location. Kodiak Falls Lodge has a landline and management will provide you with the telephone number prior to your arrival. High speed internet is available for a nominal charge and if requested. Management will give you the password upon check in.

Is there housekeeping at the lodge?

Kodiak Falls Lodge does not provide daily cleaning service. The lodge will be cleaned especially for you prior to your arrival. We will do everything we can to make sure the lodge is ready for your stay. Our goal is to provide you great customer service so that you will become a frequent guest to our lodge. However, on rare occasions you may find something that is unacceptable. Please let us know as soon as possible, we will make every effort to amend the problem so that your stay may be a pleasant one. Maintenance does visit the property daily to maintain the grounds.

What is Kodiak Falls Lodge like in the winter?

Kodiak Falls Lodge is open year around. Winter is a beautiful season at the Lodge. Many of our guests prefer staying during this time so they can enjoy the towering floor- to-ceiling fireplace and hanging out in the hot tub.
